Each email address set up in the accounts section can be forwarded to another email address.
Forwarding can either be to an account on the system (in which case do not include the domain), or can be an external account (a complete e-mail address. eg:
default -> myusername
webmaster -> firstname.lastname@example.org
The default is the 'catch all' address - ie, where to send emails sent to the domain that do not have an account defined. Initially, the default defaults to the default account (oops a default fault :).
If you already have an email address, you may want to forward email to that address. Most email programs have filtering rules that you can set up to sort your email from multiple addresses into organized folders on your computer, which can make your life a lot easier.
