vDeck - Reports - Viewing/Downloading ErrorLogs
Log into vDeck and click on Reports.



Click on Logs.



Click Error.



You will see the latest entries for the logs displayed. To download the entire log click the (download entire log) button.



You will be prompted to save the logs. Click Save.



Choose a location on your hard drive and click Save. You can use Winzip or WinRar to open the .tar.gz file and view the logs.
