File Transfer - WS_FTP - Version 9 Home/Pro - Connecting and Uploading
Before using this tutorial, be sure your site is configured in WSFTP 9 Home Edition. A tutorial for configuring the site is available. Open WSFTP. Click File, then Connect, and choose your site.

This will connect you to the server. Double-click the public_html folder. Windows Server users will need to open the wwwRoot folder.

In the left pane, you will notice your hard drive files are shown.

Navigate to the folder containing your website files.

Select all the files you wish to upload, then click the upload button. The upload button is the arrow pointing to the right.

WSFTP 9 will upload your files to the server. The should now be listed in the right pane.
